- Connect your Pocket PC to Windows using ActiveSync.
- Navigate to the location of the .exe file using the Explorer.
- Right-click on the application, and select "Copy".
- Navigate to "\Windows\Start Menu\Programs".
- Right-click, and select "Paste Shortcut".
- Rename the shortcut if desired.
